Move On can obtain personal data and information from you when you visit our website, contact us and sign up to receive our newsletter. This Privacy Policy sets out how we will use your personal data. Move On treats your data and privacy seriously. We will never sell your data on to any third parties or use it to sell you anything. We do not rent, sell or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns on our website. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Transfers and Third Party Information

By providing Move On with your personal information, you consent to us processing your information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and you consent to Move On transferring your information to countries or jurisdictions which do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK, if necessary for the above purposes. If we do make such a transfer, we will, if appropriate, put a contract in place to ensure that your information is protected, such as sign up to the EU-US Privacy Shield.

Newsletter mailing list

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we collect personal information, such as name and contact details. We use that information to tell you about things you’ve asked us to tell you about. We may also contact you if we need to ask for or provide additional information or to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied to remain on our list. We don’t rent, sell or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We will not use the information you provide us with for any purpose other than newsletter related.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to ask for a copy of the information Move On hold about you which you have submitted to us and to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected.
