Personal development
We know not everyone is ready for employment straight away.
Through a range of person-centred, flexible support, we give people the opportunity to improve self-esteem, health and well-being, and social networks.
Way Ahead
Way Ahead helps people in Glasgow to access training, education, volunteering, work experience, and employment.
The service aims to support people who are long-term unemployed to improve their employment prospects, as well as their confidence, aspirations, and wider quality of life.
North Edinburgh Support Service
North Edinburgh Support Service has no criteria – meaning we will work with all those who need our support and work in a real person-centred way.
The purpose is to help people thrive, not survive, and most importantly, push for system change, as the current systems do not help, but hinder people.
Venture On To Recovery
Delivered with our partners Elevate Glasgow and Venture Scotland, the 12-week programme gives participnts the opportunity to take part in fun outdoor activities and personal development workshops.
With a focus on developing life and employability skills, Venture on to Recovery supports people in recovery to consider aims in life; set goals to realise and maximise employment prospects; and make positive next steps on their journey.
Literacy service
Our literary service helps people feel more confident in their reading, writing, spelling, IT skills and oral communication.
The service is available to every person we work with, from young trainees to adult volunteers.
